Paul Musso, of Coldwell Banker Matherson is a true visionary leader in the real estate world. Paul was born in Brooklyn NY and moved to Long Island with his family when he was fifteen. At the age of eighteen, Paul joined the army and was trained in electrical engineering. He served his country proudly for 6 years. This training gave him the knowledge and confidence to form his own construction company. PAM construction focused on buying, renovating, and re-selling residential properties. His construction gave him an education and also the fire to pursue a career in real estate. He acquired his real estate license and traded his work boots for loafers.

Whether representing a buyer or a seller, he gets the best deals for his clients. His passion, however, has always been working with developers and new construction. “Seeing a project from start to finish is a rush.” says Paul. This passion led him down the “commercial” path, finding land for developers.

His enthusiasm for the business was noticed by Darryl Delfino of Darryl Davis Seminars. Paul has helped coach hundreds of agents and brokers across the country grow their business. “When you start in this business, there is no learning curve. You pretty much get thrown to the wolves and have to figure out on your own how to get on top of the pile.” Paul wants to teach people what he has learned and feels that the more he educates others, the more he will grow.

Karen was born and raised in Liberty, NY. She has called Long Island home since moving here with her husband Michael in 1996. Karen has attended SUNY New Paltz, Sullivan County Community College, and finally Suffolk County Community College. Karen joined Team Musso in May of 2004 as a part time sales agent and has been Paul Musso's Executive Assistant since 2005. While she does have her real estate license, her main focus is handling the day to day office responsiblities. Karen has a professional demeanor with a calming, reassuring presence. She is public conscious, perceptive, organized and excellent at juggling a myriad of issues and tasks. She is a technology wiz and is proficient at utilizing a broad base of features on all of the software tools used by agents at our office. Hello! My name is Thomas McGiveron. Most people call me Tom (makes sense right). Anyhow, I was born and raised on Long Island. I am a graduate of Connetquot High School. I attended Suffolk Community College where I received my Associates Degree in General Studies. From there, I attended SUNY Oswego and received my Bachelors in Sociology and Masters Degree in Counseling. I spent several years in the addictions and mental health field, counseling groups and individuals.
 
My grandmother Daisy McGiveron, who lived to be 100 years old, left our family with a home here on Long Island with no debts. I learned about real estate financing, investing and some real estate law all through this one house. It became clear to me that I enjoyed the real estate business and I saw how my personable skills and education would benefit not only me, but people in my community, family and friends.

I have experience in setting up and running an Air conditioning/Heating company. Worked for a local government contractor for the Safety Department that handled all aspects of building safety from fire and alarm systems, to safety codes, compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations, municipal regulations and employee safety and health concerns. There were eight facilities in all.
